The Chatsworth Dining Table

The Chatsworth Dining Collection by Heritage Creations® brings together the formality of the traditional British dining room and the character of fine hand-carved furniture.
At its centre is a generously proportioned rectangular dining table, designed to comfortably accommodate eight guests. Its silhouette is intentionally architectural: two substantial square pedestal supports provide stability without the visual heaviness of multiple legs, while a solid central stretcher strengthens the structure and gives the table a beautifully balanced profile.
The decorative work is concentrated where it has the greatest impact. A continuous hand-carved floral and foliate apron runs around the table, complemented by a restrained carved border inset around the tabletop. The pedestal faces themselves remain largely uncarved, allowing the detailed apron to become the focal point.
Finished in Heritage Walnut, the timber has a warm, sophisticated character with a restrained low-satin appearance rather than a highly polished surface.
Eight coordinating dining chairs complete the collection. Each chair is deliberately armless for comfortable everyday dining and easier positioning beneath the table. Cream upholstery softens the richness of the timber, while a carved crest and subtle detailing connect the chairs to the table without competing with it.
