At Heritage Creations®, we take pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and presentation of every piece we offer. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you professionally and fairly.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged:
• Made-to-order items
• Bespoke or personalised products
• Custom finishes or custom sizing
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items where specified
5. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Many Heritage Creations® products are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in texture, grain, carving, finish, tone, or detailing. These natural characteristics are part of the artisanal nature of the product and should not be considered defects.
6. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
• Photographs of the item
• Images of external packaging
• Order details
Customers should retain all packaging materials until the matter has been reviewed. We reserve the right to assess claims before approving refunds, replacements, or compensation.
7. RETURN PROCESS

• Supporting photographs where applicable
Returns should not be sent back without prior authorisation from Heritage Creations®.
8. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Heritage Creations® cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
9. REFUNDS
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
10. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, customers are responsible for any: • Return shipping charges

• Local taxes associated with the return process
11. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, unpaid customs charges, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or return charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or production begins. Made-to-order or bespoke items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, weather events, or supply chain interruptions.
